Jeeves Drones™ Cancelation, Rescheduling, Scheduling, Weather, and Refund Policies:
Photographer Initiated Cancelations:
Circumstances, such as hazardous weather conditions, may lead to cancelations or requests for a new date or time. We aim to be fair to our customers and team in these rare situations. Jeeves Drones™ team reserves the right to cancel and reschedule for unsafe weather conditions. Ultimately it is up to the photographer to determine if the conditions are safe.
Weather Related Cancelations, Customer Initiated Cancelations, and Rescheduling Requests:
Same-day cancelations or rescheduling requests submitted within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% fee. This includes cancellations or rescheduling requests made by customers due to unsatisfactory weather conditions. Customers are responsible for scheduling and for monitoring the weather. Generally, we will shoot your property no matter the weather conditions at the shoot unless you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot that you would like to reschedule for another day/time.
Unless access to the property is otherwise arranged, an agent or property owner must be present during the tour. Jeeves Drones is not responsible for inaccessible properties and reserves the right to charge cancellation, reschedule, reshoot, or travel fees due to property inaccessibility.
Appointments are not reserved unless a payment or deposit is received. Appointment times are scheduled to change.
After placing your order, a photography request form will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is accurate. Jeeves Drones is not liable in any way if we cannot get in touch with you if you provided inaccurate contact information during the registration process or if you are unavailable, or for any other reason.
If neither an agent nor property owner is present at the time the Services are scheduled to be performed, and no prior requests related to the expected photo shot selection have been made, all photos taken will be at the discretion of the photographer.
Shot As Is:
It is always the property owner’s and/or agent’s responsibility to prepare the property for the photo shoot, and Jeeves Drones is not responsible for homes that are not in ‘show-quality’ condition at the time of the photo shoot. Jeeves Drones shoots all photos of the property in “as-is” condition except for minor changes made to the property's lights and window coverings to enhance photo quality.

FAA Restrictions and Local Government Flight Restrictions:
Drone operations may be limited or restricted by the FAA, certain weather conditions, or temporary flight restrictions (TFR) and airspace restrictions. If an FAA flight restriction is in place, the booking will be rescheduled for 20 days, further rescheduling until the restrictions are lifted. A refund will be issued if the restriction prevents legal flying.
If the customer requests to cancel 24 hours before the appointment, they will receive a full refund. If the customer requests to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or on the day of the appointment, a 25% fee will be due or deducted from the refund. If the request to cancel is made after the post-editing process has begun, the refund will be 40% of the total fee. If the customer requests a refund after receiving the video or imagery, they must provide a specific reason for dissatisfaction, and the request will be reviewed before a refund is issued. We will review the request and contact the customer directly to determine the best action.
