  • What is the resolution and output of 3D render videos?
    The video format is full HD (1920 x 1080). The video will be delivered as an mp4 file, encoded using the MPEG-4 AAC, H.264 codec. The original file size is mainly related to the length of the video. The resolution and format chosen ensure a high quality for the video. Note that based on the platform you use to host the video, it might get compressed and lose quality. We recommend you to check the video quality on your own device first; if you see a quality difference after uploading it to a platform you will know the loss comes from the platform.

    The video length will be between 2 and 3 minutes long. The length will always vary depending on the size of the property and its complexity.

    For Materials, we will add colors and try to reproduce the materials of the property. Wooden or tiled floor, wall painted in blue, wallpaper, etc. We can't guarantee a perfect match with reality, but we're trying to get as close to reality as we can. In the end, a wood tone might be slightly darker or lighter, but it won't change the overall feeling for viewers.

    Capturing the initial images may take 3-5 seconds per image. Depending on the scale of the area it may take anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours for the drone to complete the scan.

    iGUIDE's floor plan distance measurements typically have a measurement uncertainty of 0.5% or higher, while the corresponding uncertainty in square footage is 1% or better.     Yes, Aerial Live Streams can be recorded. The device broadcasting the live feed has the capability to record, and so does the streaming service being used to transmit the content.
  • Can you include voice or audio in a drone live stream?
    Yes, audio is recorded from the device broadcasting the live feed which may be a computer, remote controller, or similar electronic device. Types of audio commonly recorded during a live stream is voice audio, music, or sports announcer audio.

    • A punch list/ shot list is not required, but it can be very helpful in providing direction for our photographer during your shoot - especially if you will not be present. • If possible, move any vehicles in drive ways or that may be blocking key areas of your property • Clean up trash and debris • Notify staff whenever possible and advise them to avoid certain areas that will be photographed during certain times • Ensure you are not in a restricted area like near a stadium during a game or near a large airport, if you are notify your pilot immediately • Check the weather, if the forecast calls for rain it is likely your appointment will need to be moved • Make a note of any potential safety hazards like power lines or tall structures, make sure your drone pilot is aware of them The most important thing to do prepare is to trust your pilot.     Up to 45 minutes per battery. We typically keep 3-5 batteries on hand for standard projects. Intelligent flight batteries can be fully charged in just over an hour.

    Can we and will you fly drones indoors? Yes. In most situations. Is it legal to fly indoors? In most cases, yes. As long as direct line of site is maintained with the aircraft. If there are safety concerns or the area is too small to safely fly the drone inside, the photographer may not be able to fly indoors.
