Now Hiring: Part-Time Apprentice Photographer and Drone Pilot

If you're a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with a passion for photography and drones, we want you to be a part of our team.
Requirements:
Must possess a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
Successful completion of a background check.
Availability for at least 2 jobs per week occurring during standard business hours Monday through Friday, typically between 8 AM and 11 AM.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent note-taking skills.
A keen interest in learning both traditional photography and drone photography.
Willingness to be coached and an eagerness to learn.
A long-term growth mindset, as we seek individuals ready for future opportunities.
Strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities:
Diligently take detailed notes during various photography assignments.
Assist in constructing a comprehensive worker's handbook, outlining our processes for each job type. This handbook will aid in training future team members.
Prepare locations for photoshoots, such as opening blinds, turning on lights, and other necessary tasks.
Be open to learning and hands-on experiences, mastering the art of capturing real estate photos, drone piloting, roof inspections, and more.
Engage in sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Learn the role of a visual observer in drone piloting.
Compensation:
Starting at $20 per hour or more, depending on experience.
Reasonable compensation for travel.
Additional commission opportunities for successful sales.
Future opportunity to transition to full-time employment with pay starting at $50 per hour.
Our schedule is impossible to predict, most people schedule our services at most 3 days in advance. Hours are not guaranteed.
