Service includes: • An Indoor Drone Tour video* • Unlimited standard images (up to 60 mins) • 10 drone photographs • Floor plan with measurements • Matterport or Zillow 3D tour, if no preference is provided it is photographers choice. Over 3,000 square feet? If the property is over 3,000 sqft, please also purchase the Add On labeled "Add 500 sqft." Travel Fee A $1/mile travel fee may be due for listings beyond 30 miles round-trip from Denver. Restrictions This package is not tailored for Airbnb/short-term rental (STR) listings, which often require specific editing and photography techniques. Please refer to our Airbnb page for more details. If you purchase this package without reading these instructions and subsequently request a refund, a processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to cover the non-refundable fee we incur from our bank for each transaction. What's Included ​Both high-resolution print image files and MLS size image files, HD editing, a 48 hour window to request edits after delivery, simulated fire in the fireplace, TV and computer screen replacements, cord and object removal by request, blue sky guarantee, and 24 hour delivery. *Drone tours are for buildings with a minimum size of 1,500 sqft with open floor plans. If your building has a compact floorplan and does not meet this size requirement do not purchase this service. Buildings with metal frames or heavy equipment may cause drone signal interference. If interference occurs we will refund the tour for an amount of $110. This service includes minimal editing, including logo and contact info (only if provided), address, music, and color enhancements. Additional and advanced video editing may require additional fees. Video delivery varies between 2-4 days.
