Service includes: • A Matterport 3D tour* • A Drone Tour video, edited* • Unlimited standard images (up to 60 mins) • 10 drone photographs • Floor plan with measurements Restrictions: • If over 3,000 sqft, please also purchase the add-on labeled "Add 500 sqft" • Travel fee may be required if over 30 miles round-trip from Denver • Drone tours are offered for buildings with a minimum size of 2,000 sqft. If your building has a compact floorplan and does not meet this size requirement, we may suggest that provide a gimbaled DSLR video instead for an additional cost. All image services include: ​High resolution print and MLS formatted images, HD editing, image editing revisions, simulated fire in the fireplace, TV and computer screen replacement, minimal cord and object removal, blue sky guarantee, next-day delivery, direct phone support, emergency booking, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. *Video includes limited edits, including logo, music, and color enhancements. Additional video editing may require additional fees. Video delivery varies between 3-7 days. Neighborhood photos include town, landscape, or amenities within 2 miles of the location with a maximum of 1 location.
